Prepare For The Journey
RADIUS engagements begin with on-site workshops and leverage our Certified ServiceNow experts and business area experts. Following these workshops, Infocenter RADIUS™ deliverables include:
- Statement of Work (SOW): defines project-specific activities, deliverables and timelines for Infocenter providing services to the customer.
- Detailed Project Plan: agreement that defines the work of the project and the beneficiary’s project/program purpose objectives.
- Budget: includes a detailed estimate of all costs that are likely to be incurred before the project is completed.
- High-level Specification Document: (for custom app/ platform work) a document that specifies the functions that a system or component must perform.
