Knowledge 2024, ServiceNow’s annual customer conference, was held from May 7th to May 9th at the Venetian Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas. This highly anticipated event brought together ServiceNow customers and partners from around the world to share experiences, best practices, and learn more about the Now Platform.

Our team at Infocenter, ServiceNow’s Elite Partner of the Year (2024), was thrilled to be a Platinum Sponsor for this year’s conference. As VP of Marketing at Infocenter, this was my 5th Knowledge, and by far the best one yet!

The week of Knowledge was filled with various Keynotes, sessions, expo fun, and Now Learning opportunities. Several of our top domain and industry experts presented on customer success, hyperautomation, and best practices for Enterprise transformation. We also proudly presented alongside several of our customers in the US and UK.

Insight + Infocenter and ServiceNow Partner of the Year!

It was also an exciting time at Infocenter for two large reasons.

  1. The week before Knowledge, we proudly announced the news of Infocenter joining forces with Insight Enterprises, Inc. is a global Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator. It was great to meet several of our new colleagues and spend time together. For more on the announcement, check out the press release
  2. Night one of Vegas, we were honored to officially celebrate our “2024 Partner of the Year” Award with several of ServiceNow’s top leaders.

Booth Time

Infocenter’s team booth blended red, blue and fuchsia as we teamed up with Insight experts to demo, chat, and meet with thousands of customers.

The overall team presence was 60+ attendees throughout the week. We enjoyed meeting clients and ServiceNow folks from around the world. 

***Also, a yearly note to self each year, small fashion sacrifices (aka swapping heels for sneakers) is key! I clocked 40,000 steps day one. Anyone up for a step challenge next year?

Attendees also had the chance to hear from ServiceNow’s CEO, Bill McDermott, and celebrity icons like Viola Davis, Jon Batiste, and Dan Levy.

Mr. 305 at Knowledge?!

The team enjoyed seeing Pitbull, aka Mr. Worldwide, perform on the final night of Knowledge. We sang, “Fireball,” danced, and had a blast with customers and ServiceNow friends.

The night ended with a giant confetti drop (see video above for full experience).

On to Knowledge 2025 | Tips from Infocenter’s Knowledge Veterans:

As the team was packing up the booth, I was able to interview several Infocenter team members that have attended 10+ Knowledge conferences. I asked about their take on tips and best practices for Knowledge 2025. 

Here are some insights from the experts:

  • Register for sessions early and prepare for crowds
  • Jot down any session-related queries to discuss at the booth
  • Comfortable footwear is a must! (I’ll say it twice)
  • If you’re able to, arrive early to collect your pass
  • Bring a power bank for uninterrupted connectivity
  • Utilize name cards for networking
  • Remember to have fun and leverage networking opportunities
